Elqo is built by Elqo Pty Ltd (ABN 30 694 675 459) in Sydney, Australia. The same enterprise L&D platform used globally can store data in the AU region for organisations that require Australian residency, while still supporting teams across New Zealand, Singapore, and the broader Asia-Pacific.

L&D managers upload the training they already run — product knowledge, frontline retail scripts, financial-services compliance, professional-services playbooks — and learners respond by voice. Managers see per-learner comprehension scores, gap identification, and a recommended next step, instead of a completion checkbox that says nothing about the conversation on the floor or the client call.

That mix of use cases is common across APAC organisations with customer-facing and frontline teams. Elqo does not ask you to rebuild those programmes in a new authoring tool. It sits on the content you already have and scores whether people can produce the answer, not whether they clicked through.

The same security stack, with AU residency when you need it

Deployments use SAML and OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, role-based access, audit logs, and encryption in transit and at rest. Data handling is GDPR-compliant. Configurable residency covers US, EU, and AU, so APAC organisations that must keep learner data in Australia can do so without a separate product.

Elqo sits on top of your existing LMS via SCORM and xAPI, or runs standalone. There is no public per-seat rate. Quotes are sized to your seat cap and monthly active users.
